The zip package above, contains a set of programs that you can use on your NBTV experiments. Among others you can use them to encode NBTV stream from your webcam source, or encode/decode NBTV signals both grayscale and color. I have made some valuable color personal recordings with these programs and I have used their DSP functions to improve the played image quality very much. You can also use them to transmit NBTV on AM mode on HF! Software makes everything easy and now you do not need any hardware to enjoy NBTV.
