Tunnel diodes
The tunnel diode, eveloped in 1958, began the
1960's with a bright future but was eclipsed by subsequent transistor
development.
Here is shown as much information as could be
found on these devices. This includes scanning old documents. Some of these
documents are thirty-year old photocopies that weren't the best even back in the
day.
